General Conditions

Access to and use of this website and the products and services available are subject to various conditions.

By using this site, you are agreeing to the terms of use of the site, which may be updated from time to time. We advise you to visit this page regularly to be aware of any changes that may have been made to the Terms and Conditions.

Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable within a certain period. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain areas of this website.

We have an important responsibility and commitment regarding the security of our website and the protection of the data of our customers and visitors.

Our privacy policy is shown below. Any changes to this policy will be placed here, in this statement.

What information do we collect?

We collect your name, telephone number, postal address and e-mail for use in marketing campaigns, awards and newsletters. In addition, when making a purchase on our website, we also collect information about the delivery address and payment details.

We may also collect other information about your experience on our website that contributes to the improvement of our service.

Updating your data

If you want to check the data you have submitted on our website, you can do so by email or through the customer service. Proof of your identity will be required before we reveal the information. This proof can be your e-mail and password to register on our website.

You should keep this information safe as it is your responsibility if any action or request is made through your account.

We recommend that you do not save your password in the browser, as someone else with access to your computer can view and use your personal information.

Shipping and Deliveries 

For mainland Portugal and the rest of the world we use fixed transport fees.

We use the Registered Mail Service.

The transportation fee could be free according to a temporary active campaign that specifies it.

Delivery time

Your order will be dispatched as soon as all items are available. When all items are in stock, orders are shipped on the same day, or the following day depending on the time and method of payment chosen.

Orders are processed on the working days of the Portuguese national calendar. Orders processed until 15:30 GMT are usually shipped on the same day. When processed after this time, they are dispatched the next business day.

After the order is dispatched, for the order to arrive at your door, it is usually necessary:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1-3 working days

  • Madeira: up to 5 working days

  • Azores: 7-11 working days

  • European Community countries: 7 - 11 working day

  • Countries outside the European Community: up to 15 working days

 

Delivery times can be extended during periods of high flow of objects, such as holidays and Christmas periods.

 

Retention situations of orders at customs for inspection can delay delivery.

International Clients

We are governed by the legislation and marketing authorizations in force in Portugal and are not responsible for shipments of articles that are not authorized to be sold at the place of delivery. In these cases:

If the shipment is made via Portuguese Post and automatically returns, for reasons of not allowing the goods to enter the country of destination, after receiving the order returned in our store, we refund the value of the products less any Portuguese customs fees. applied in the form of a discount voucher.

For reasons of customs action, in some exceptional destinations only the possibility of choosing whether or not to return is offered. It is automatically performed, and the cost borne by our customer.

Although infrequent, in specific cases, the customer may have to go to the nearest post office to collect the order.

Payment methods

PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer

Order Cancellation

It is only possible to cancel an order if it is in a pending state, which means that it has not yet been packed and has not left our warehouses. Contact the hotline for cancellation.

If you cancel a paid order, the refund will be made within a maximum of 15 days.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges of products are accepted; in any case these orders are subject to prior confirmation of stock. To exchange an item, you must contact our Customer Support team.

Repayment methods and terms

We will do our best to reimburse the customer quickly, however, saving a maximum period of 30 days from the date of arrival of the return to our warehouses.

In the case of canceled orders (paid orders that have not been shipped), the maximum refund period is 15 days.

The refund will be made as follows:

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself and can be verified on the next statement.

  • If you paid for your order by ATM, contact the customer support team with your bank account details (NIB and SWIFT) and the refund will be transferred to that account.

Exchanges and Returns

If you wish to return any item purchased on our website, please contact us by email (info.mary.santaclara@gmail.com) within 15 days of receiving the order.

Please note that we can only accept returns for products that are still in their original condition.

Please use the original packaging we sent, there is no need to produce more waste. :)

We do not accept returns for the following items: custom parts.

If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund and will be offered to send that return along with the next order. If the customer refuses and intends to retrieve the item, he will have to schedule a collection of the items at our facilities and bear the corresponding charges.

To exercise your right to return, contact our Customer Support via email with the order number, description or reference of the product you want to return. Wait for the confirmation of the return by our team, you must send the item to our facilities within a maximum period of 15 working days.

Return of transport expenses

We reimburse the costs of transporting orders whose return is the responsibility of ours (example: defective or damaged products).

When the return of the order is the responsibility of the customer, the costs of transporting the shipment and returning the order will be borne by the customer.

Product information

We take the necessary precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products presented on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

 

We can change prices without notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.

Refusing orders can also be the result of other reasons such as:

  • Product out of stock.

  • Inability to obtain payment authorization.

  • Fraudulent orders.

 

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted immediately by us.

 

We do everything in our power to keep your order and payment details secure. But, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data that you provided when accessing or ordering on our website
